Refund policy

IngreScan V1 does not sell paid plans. Credits are granted by the system.

There are no paid features in V1. Analysis credits are issued by the system and are not purchased. If you encounter an analysis that failed without producing a result, the credit is automatically refunded to your balance.

If a future paid plan is introduced, refund terms will appear here before any charge takes place.
